Today is an opportunity to celebrate the oceans that connect us, sustain us and inspire us.

For many people, time spent near water can evoke a sense of calm, perspective and connection. Today is a reminder that sometimes the simplest activities can offer meaningful benefits for both physical and psychological wellbeing.

Whether it is a ride through the neighbourhood, a commute to work, or an opportunity to explore nature, cycling can support movement, connection, enjoyment and time outdoors. For many people, it also provides a valuable opportunity to clear the mind, reduce stress and reconnect with the present moment.
