Are you a newly graduated Registered Nurse, an RN within your first 1β2 years of practice, or an experienced Registered Nurse looking to transition into the rewarding world of aged care?
Wheatfields is excited to offer 1β2 Registered Nurse positions to participate in the Aged Care Transition to Practice Program (TTPP) through Ageing Australia.
Successful applicants will commence employment with Wheatfields prior to the formal program commencement in September 2026, providing an opportunity to settle into the team, become familiar with our residents, and build confidence in the aged care environment before commencing the structured learning component.
This fully supported program offers the opportunity to:
