Are you a newly graduated Registered Nurse, an RN within your first 1–2 years of practice, or an experienced Registered Nurse looking to transition into the rewarding world of aged care?

Wheatfields is excited to offer 1–2 Registered Nurse positions to participate in the Aged Care Transition to Practice Program (TTPP) through Ageing Australia.

Successful applicants will commence employment with Wheatfields prior to the formal program commencement in September 2026, providing an opportunity to settle into the team, become familiar with our residents, and build confidence in the aged care environment before commencing the structured learning component.

This fully supported program offers the opportunity to:

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Freeling Community Op Shop, our bus has had a fabulous refresh and is looking better than ever. Their support helps us continue doing what we love — connecting, supporting, and serving our wonderful community.
