Today, we celebrate the dads, stepdads, grandfathers and father figures who love, guide, encourage and support the people around them.

The ones who are there for the big moments, the little moments, and everything in between. The ones who teach us, protect us, make us laugh and help us become who we are.

To every father figure in our Summit community — thank you for the difference you make every day. You are appreciated, valued and loved.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our Father’s Day Giveaway!

We had an incredible 133 tickets entered, and we are so grateful to every person who purchased a ticket, shared our giveaway and supported what we do at Summit Abilities.

Our winners have now been randomly drawn and contacted directly via email regarding their prizes.

We’re incredibly grateful for your support and for helping us make our Father’s Day Giveaway such a success.

✨ FEEDBACK FRIDAY ✨

There is nothing more rewarding than hearing that someone has found a place where they truly feel comfortable, included and like they belong.

One of our Summit Creative & Co participants recently shared how welcomed she felt from her very first day. She spoke about how comfortable she was around everyone and how both the other participants and support workers made her feel like she was truly part of the group.

She shared that she hasn’t felt this comfortable or included at other places before, which made this feedback incredibly special for our team to hear.

At Summit Creative & Co, creating a space where people can connect, feel supported, build confidence and truly be themselves is what it’s all about. Knowing that someone can walk through our doors and feel a sense of belonging from day one means more than words can say.

We are so grateful to have you as part of the Summit Creative & Co community — and we’re so glad you absolutely love your Summit shirt too! 💙✨

So far we’ve raised $1,571 from cashing in cans and bottles! 🙌

That money has already gone towards a Nintendo Switch for the Hub for our participants — but keep an eye out, because they’ve already got their eyes on what they want next 👀

We’re always happy to come and take cans and bottles off your hands, so if you’ve got a bunch sitting around, send us a message and we’ll happily come collect them!

A massive thank you to Nathan and our friend for going out and cashing all these in for us. Absolute legends! ❤️

Every can adds up and goes straight back into making our Hub better for our participants. ♻️
