New students welcome. Beginner friendly. (No levels in any of my classes.). Just come as you are and experience movement and connection within. Then experience the sound of the crystal bowls as you surrender into total relaxation, resetting your nervous system, and leaving you ready for the rest of the week. ♥

My heart is so full after this weekend. Such a pleasure to organise this experience. The energy in the room, the feedback, and how u all showed up for yourselves… it was honestly beautiful to witness.

As a breathwork facilitator, we have a saying: “When we breathe together, we heal together.” And I truly felt & witnessed this. Something shifted & softened — A shared moment of healing that simply happened because you arrived with openness and intention.

A huge thank you to Leith for saying Yes !!! and bringing your incredible gift to Gatton. What a special offering for our community. And to top it all off, having the rare experience of doing it all again in the silks at my yoga studio on Sunday.

WED NIGHTS 6PM TO 7PM
No bookings required. Come as you are. No pretzel twisting.
Taking the time out for you.. Only for an hour.
Coming within. This class is about taking your time and listening to your body.
Letting go and flowing. Then at the end of the session the sound bowls take you away, even deeper so you leave totally relaxed and refreshed.
