During this deeply relaxing meditation, we will journey through seven sacred chambers, each representing one of the seven main chakras.

As many of you know, the past few weeks have been a little different for me.
Between caring for my mum, spending time with family, and travelling to Canberra for an incredible week with the Pure Lightness team, I have taken some much-needed time to focus on what matters most. 💜
