We are thrilled to share that two valued members of the Step 2 Allied Health team will be stepping into new leadership roles as we continue to strengthen and grow our organisation.

Over the past two years, Zac Demopoulos has consistently demonstrated excellence, dedication, and a genuine commitment to team culture and the development of others. A natural leader and true team player, Zac has been instrumental in shaping and expanding our Behaviour Support Team. We are excited to see him bring his energy, vision, and leadership to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Step 2 Allied Health.

Ellie Trewin will be stepping into the role of Director of Clinical Services, where she will oversee the delivery and quality of all clinical services across the organisation. Ellie is an experienced Occupational Therapist, an industry leader in OT driving, and a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner. We look forward to seeing Ellie thrive as she leads our clinical teams with excellence and innovation.

We’re proud to welcome Zac and Ellie into their new roles and excited for the remainder of 2026!
