Yes there are other gyms in town. But there is nothing like this.

I've been in BJJ for 11 years. I know how intimidating that first class feels — especially as a woman. So I built a space where that feeling doesn't exist.

Women-only. Trauma-informed. Taught by a female coach who is also a nurse.

You will feel strong. You will laugh. You will surprise yourself.

Starting October 5th — two classes, Jump Swim Building:

🥋 Fundamentals — Tuesdays 6:15pm — $160
🥋 Women's No-Gi BJJ — Mondays 6:15pm — $140
