Men’s Health Week 2026 takes place from 15–21 June and is a reminder for men to put their health first — physically and mentally.
This year’s theme is: “If something doesn’t feel right, don’t ignore it. Book a GP and get it checked.”
Whether it’s making time for a check-up, talking about mental health, getting active, or supporting a mate, small steps can make a big difference.
