Each class offers a different pathway to balance, recovery, and self-awareness.
✨Restorative Hatha & Yoga Nidra combines gentle movement with deep rest. Restorative postures help release physical tension, while Yoga Nidra guides the mind into a state of conscious relaxation, supporting recovery, stress reduction, and improved sleep.

🌙 Hatha Moon follows the traditional progression of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Through disciplined practice, it cultivates balance between effort and ease, supports the calming qualities of Ida Nadi, and promotes mental clarity, focus, and nervous system regulation.
These classes can be practised individually or combined. Beginning with Yin Yoga or Hatha Moon helps prepare the body, steady the breath, and settle the mind, creating the ideal foundation for the restorative benefits of Yoga Nidra.
