EVEREST BASE CAMP • NEPAL 2027 🏔️

Join us in April 2027 for the adventure of a lifetime as we trek to Everest Base Camp, deep in the heart of the Himalayas beneath the watchful gaze of the highest mountain on Earth.

Leading the expedition is Ben Southall , founder of Best Life Adventures

Ben has spent decades leading expeditions across some of the world’s most remote environments, from kayaking 1,600km along the Great Barrier Reef to setting world records across Australia and New Zealand.

He has worked with National Geographic, the BBC, NASA, Channel 7 and media organisations around the world, as well as serving as a high-altitude cameraman and Director of Photography in the Himalayas.

Along the journey we’ll be guided through daily yoga, pranayama and recovery practices with rose_lamont and Naomi Young| Holistic Counsellor & Yoga Teacher , helping us prepare for the demands of high-altitude trekking while creating space for reflection, resilience and connection.

Together we’ll trek through legendary Sherpa villages, cross glacial valleys and make our way ever closer to Everest Base Camp, surrounded by icefalls, glaciers and towering Himalayan giants.

Beyond the trail, we’ll experience the rich culture of Nepal through authentic local encounters, traditional food and moments of genuine connection in one of the most remarkable regions on Earth.

Following the expedition, guests will have the option to join us for an additional recovery retreat at a secluded mountain lake retreat centre — an opportunity to rest, restore, reflect and integrate the experience before returning home.

This is a once and a life time opportunity to challenge yourself physically, mentally and spiritually while immersed in one of the most extraordinary landscapes on the planet.
