As a 24-hour residential aged care facility, applicants will need to be available to work across a rotating roster, including:

• AM Shifts
• PM Shifts
• Night Duty

To our amazing team at Pyramid Residential Care Centre — thank you for the compassion, kindness, patience and dedication you bring to our residents every single day.

Whether you work in care, nursing, lifestyle, catering, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, administration or behind the scenes, every role plays an important part and every person makes a difference.

Aged care is about so much more than providing care. It’s about creating connections, sharing laughs, listening to stories, providing comfort and making our residents feel safe, valued and at home.

What an unforgettable evening it was as our incredible Lifestyle Team transformed our facility into a dazzling 1920s celebration, filled with music, laughter, dancing and plenty of fun!

From the delicious food and lively entertainment to the wonderful decorations and vibrant atmosphere, every detail helped create a truly memorable experience for our residents, their families and friends.

A huge congratulations and thank you to our amazing Lifestyle Team. Your creativity, dedication and passion continue to bring joy to the lives of our residents, and this event was a perfect example of the difference you make every single day.

To our wonderful residents and their families – thank you for embracing the theme, joining in the festivities and helping make the night so special. Seeing everyone singing along, dancing, sharing stories and creating new memories together is exactly what our community is all about.

Events like these remind us that aged care is so much more than providing support; it's about creating meaningful moments, celebrating life and bringing people together.

Yesterday we celebrated International Nurses Day while also recognising a number of our team members who have recently gone above and beyond in their roles.

It was a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge not only our incredible nursing and care teams, but also every staff member who contributes to making our facility such a warm, welcoming and caring place for our residents and families.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dedication and teamwork shown across all departments each and every day. The care and support our residents receive is only possible because of the collective effort of our entire team.

Staff and residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea together, filled with laughter, appreciation and celebration.

A special thank you to Wyanita and the Lifestyle Team for organising such a beautiful event and helping make the afternoon so memorable.
