Helping people > making money 🤍

This also means I know where I need to up-skill and I get to keep learning more so in the future I am able to help people that I may have referred over to someone else ☺️

Me looking for the marketing degree that definitely wasn’t included with my TCM degree 😂

If I’m not always present on social media, it doesn’t mean I’m not here. I’m usually in clinic, treating patients, continuing to learn, and doing the work behind the scenes 🤍

One iced drink, one bad night of sleep, one stressful day, one weird symptom, one cycle that’s a little different…These things usually don’t define your health on their own.

In TCM, I’m always looking at the bigger pattern: sleep, stress, digestion, nourishment, movement, and how your body has been feeling over time.
BUT I still want to know the small potato stuff too 👀🥔

Because sometimes the little things are the first clues that help us understand the bigger picture.
Not every symptom is a disaster, and not every symptom should be ignored.

We don’t panic over one moment, we pay attention to the pattern ✨️

What's your small potato vs big potato stuff?

Small potato stuff vs big potato stuff TCM edition 🥔

TCM is less interested in the tiny things that happen every so often and more interested in the pattern your body has been trying to show you for months ✨️

✨ Can ear seeds really make a difference?

For this little experiment, I applied ear seeds to one ear only.

Take a look at my shoulders... 👀 one sides shoulder and trap are sitting lower than the other side, which wasn't treated.

Ear seeds work by providing gentle, continuous stimulation to specific acupuncture points on the ear. These points are used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support different areas of the body and may help encourage muscle relaxation and reduce tension for some people.

This is just one example of my own response, everyone's body is different, and results will vary depending on the underlying cause of the tightness.

Would you try this? Let me know in the comments! 💛

⚠️ While ear seeds are trending on social media, they're most effective when they're selected and applied by a qualified, licensed acupuncture practitioner after an individual assessment.

The internet has officially discovered ear seeds 👂✨

With ear seeds popping up all over socials and now being offered in more wellness spaces, it's no surprise so many people are curious about them.

One of the biggest misconceptions I'm seeing is that ear seeds and acupuncture are exactly the same.

While they both work with acupuncture points on the ear, they're different treatment tools.

🌱 Ear seeds provide gentle, ongoing stimulation to specific points on the ear and can be a great addition to a treatment plan or a needle-free option for some people.

🪡 Acupuncture allows your practitioner to create a personalised treatment using points on the ears and across the body, based on your individual health concerns and goals.

Neither is "better", they simply have different roles depending on the person and what they're being treated for.

I love seeing more people become curious about acupuncture through trends like this. If you're thinking about trying ear seeds or acupuncture, my biggest recommendation is to choose a registered acupuncturist. They have completed extensive training and can provide a thorough assessment, appropriate point selection, and treatment tailored specifically to you.

Have you seen the viral ear seeds online? Or have you tried them yourself? I'd love to hear your thoughts below! 👇

The "boring" habits are usually the ones that help change everything

TCM is less about quick fixes, more about what you do consistently

With TCM we can support your body to find its way back to balance

Nothing changes if nothing changes ✌️

Nervous about trying acupuncture? Here's a little on what to expect 👇

Your first appointment isn't scary...

We start with a chat so I can understand what's going on for you from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. I may also ask to see your tongue and feel your pulse on your wrists.

Then we move onto treatment. Whether it be cupping, acupuncture, moxibustion or anything else I make sure to talk you through it all. Keeping you comfortable throughout the process.

Most people are surprised at how gentle the needles can feel and often fall asleep 😴

If you've been curious, this is your sign. Send me a message ✨️

Goji Berry (Gou Qi Zi) = the gentle restorer ✨

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we use goji berries to nourish Liver and Kidney Yin, support the eyes, and gently replenish depleted energy.

Drinking them as a tea or adding them to meals is a simple way to restore:

🌙 Helps with fatigue and burnout
👁 Supports eye health and clarity
🌿 Nourishes Blood and Yin (your deep reserves)

They’re subtly sweet, soft, and strengthening, like quiet rebuilding from the inside out.

This is steady medicine. ✨

👉 As always, herbal support is best tailored to your individual needs. Consult with a qualified TCM practitioner to ensure it’s right for you.
