Bring the whole family along and enjoy a day of culture, community and fun while sharing a feed together.

Melissa is our newest Smoke Free Champion! This is her story.

"I smoked for 10 years. When I had my first child I quit, I just got sick of it.

Especially with my breathing difficulties. You know, when you're young you don't think about things like emphysema. You don't think ahead.

If I could change my smoking story, I would have never smoked at all, knowing what it does to your breathing later in life!

Negative impacts that smoking had on my life - money was the number one. Some positive changes would be, I was saving a lot of money and not waking up looking for a cigarette straight away. I felt heaps healthier.

Save money, Save your health!"
