The earth, sun, cosmos, and ancestors all have secrets to share. love to share. Old memories and practices to remembe.
These messages are woven through these new moon journeys to enhance our experience and deepen our connection with nature and ourselves. Reclaiming our divine right to take up time and space without feeling guilty.
The sun tellls me "give me this part of your back" and shows me ancient energy spots in the body, showing me how to regulate, heal and recharge.
The ocean tells me she is my mother. My first mother. All of our mothers. Our mother's mother.
Im actually getting a message right now saying she helps us manifest.
She reaches out with extra long waves when I call her true name.
The wind tells me it's breaking through and cleansing our energy. Blasting blockages.
You can hear her confirmation when you sing or ask her questions. She sings through whistling trees and hanging chimes.
I hear my ancestors when they say they "do this before meditating, and breathe in like this"
And I find them to be ancient ways of regulating and loving the body, protecting and enhancing energies.
My higher self tells me when I need to break through walls, ignoring rules or traditions to open up to deeper more ancient knowledge . . Undeniable memories. An inner knowing in my bones i can't ignore.
Every month a journey is forged out of insights, messages, practices the earth, ancestors, and cosmos wants us to remember and the current cycle of the moon, sun and cosmos.
Every new moon ritual is centered around release and renewal.
To release we must be calm, and to recieve we must feel safe.
We don't have room for things that don't serve us, including old identities.
New moons encourage and support us dropping that baggage. letting light, cosmic, and elemental energy flow through us 💜🧘🏻♀️
