It’s always lovely to see all new and familiar faces at our events.. 🥰

These 3 brands are my go-to for bone broths both chicken and beef although I mainly use beef 🥩

I have been using the nutra one for the last couple of weeks and it adds so much flavour to dishes.

Bone broths are a staple in our house, we use them as a base for everything, soups, meats, we cook our rice in it, rice noodles, the list goes on 🍚

This adds a bit of nutrients to the “fillers” in our meals.

& of course we actually even make drinks with it! Especially when we’re not feeling well, although that’s not very often in our house 💃

Our first Homemakers swap was nothing short of Wholesome. Such a wonderful afternoon filled with some amazing swaps and community connection.

Brought together by a love for slower more intentional living! I got to meet some amazing ladies and men and it was so refreshing seeing so many people bring so many different diverse things to the table, not one person brought the same thing! Can you believe it?

Sacred Living Co. is excited to announce their next community event while in this small town of Goondiwindi 💗

Calling all Makers, Bakers, Growers, & Creators!

Join us for a beautiful, soulful afternoon of community and connection at our local Homemaker Swap. It’s a relaxed gathering where we bring together the things we love to make, bake, or grow, and trade them with one another. No perfection or fancy displays required- just the simple joy of sharing heartfelt, handcrafted goods.

How It Works
Bring: 5 of the same homemade, homegrown, or handmade item to share (e.g., baked goods, pantry items (pickles, jams etc), breads, garden produce, honey, candles, or crafts, herbs/herbal teas. The list is endless!

Swap: Trade with fellow attendees and leave with 5 different, beautifully crafted items in return.

Connect: Enjoy good conversation, meet like-hearted locals, and celebrate the art of slow intentional living.

The Details
Date: Sunday 7th June
Time: 2:30PM-4:30PM
Location: Goondiwindi Town Park (in the shade on grassed area)

What to bring: 5 items (made, baked, or grown by YOU or a friend that’s nice enough to give you something to bring), a label with your item's name and a basket or bag for your new goodies!

5 mindful habits to try after you eat your meal 👆🏼🍝

Tuning in with your body is one of the most powerful things you can do, noticing how you’re feeling/ how your body is reacting can be such a great tool to use in self care… and this includes while/after you eat!

Checking in with your body
Gentle post meal movement
Expressing gratitude for your meal
Cleaning up afterwards
And tuning in and waiting before over indulging
(But let’s be real we’ve all loaded up on desserts after dinner and given ourselves a bit of a “food coma” 🤣)
…. guilty 🙋🏼‍♀️

These are all great easy and mindful ways of looking after yourself.
