I am a Holistic Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Flower Essence Practitioner.

ce your experience. Since completing a Master Aromatherpy Diploma in 2015 as I have been making natural body products infused with essential oils. I host workshops to demonstrate self care techniques and share recipes in hands on ‘DIY’ events. I am a Certified NurtureLife Pregnancy Practitioner and offer a holistic perinatal massage therapy method developed by Pregnancy Massage Australia. This is a relaxing massage that supports pregnant women who are nurturing new life and enhances general well being during their pregnancy. As a distributor for FM World I have lower tox perfume products made with organic perfume oils for sale and also a range of Lively Living diffusers. I love what I do and am very passionate about providing a nurturing, relaxing massage incorporating the holistic benefits of Aromatherapy, Reiki, Flower Essences and Crystals into my treatments.

Our scalps can benefit from an aromatherapy massage and treatment as much as our face 🌸

A regular rejuvenating ‘hot-oil’ hair treatment with added essential oils nourishes the scalp and conditions the hair with the benefit of massage stimulating healthy hair growth. Being deeply relaxing a scalp massage will also gently release tension and ease headaches.

Jojoba is a deeply penetrating base oil that I often use for face massage. It’s composition closely resembles sebum which gives it excellent moisturising properties. This also makes it beneficial for dry, itchy scalps.

Coconut oil is solid in its natural state and is good for adding gloss to lacklustre hair.

🌸 Use 1-2tablespoons of chosen oil, depending on your hair length and thickness. Heat in a small bowl and add your chosen essential oils, mix thoroughly.

🌸 Apply to your hair, covering every strand and massage your scalp with small, firm circular movements, moving your scalp.

🌸 Wrap your hair in a plastic wrap and cover with a hot towel. Can replace with another hot towel when cooled. Leave oil on your hair for at least 2 hours.

🌸 Shampoo, using neat shampoo for the first wash to emulsify the oil.

🌸 Condition as normal.

🌸 Enjoy your hair feeling soft and glossy and your scalp being relaxed and invigorated.

It’s so calming to immerse your feet in a bowl of warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. I like to use this pretty bowl and add Epsom salts, fresh flowers, essential oils and often crystals for their therapeutic properties.

After a busy day this practice is such a great way to rest and rejuvenate as the feelings of heaviness and fatigue ebb away. A simple way to balance your body and bring inner peace as you prepare your body for a restful night’s sleep 💤 💙
