I am a Holistic Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Flower Essence Practitioner.

Treatments include Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki healing and the Ayurveda modalities of Indian Head Massage, Kansa Wand Face Massage, Kansa Vatki Foot Massage and the Natural Rejuvenation Facelift Technique. ce your experience. Since completing a Master Aromatherpy Diploma in 2015 as I have been making natural body products infused with essential oils. I host workshops to demonstrate self care techniques and share recipes in hands on ‘DIY’ events. I am a Certified NurtureLife Pregnancy Practitioner and offer a holistic perinatal massage therapy method developed by Pregnancy Massage Australia. This is a relaxing massage that supports pregnant women who are nurturing new life and enhances general well being during their pregnancy. As a distributor for FM World I have lower tox perfume products made with organic perfume oils for sale and also a range of Lively Living diffusers. I love what I do and am very passionate about providing a nurturing, relaxing massage incorporating the holistic benefits of Aromatherapy, Reiki, Flower Essences and Crystals into my treatments.

It’s so calming to immerse your feet in a bowl of warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. I like to use this pretty bowl and add Epsom salts, fresh flowers, essential oils and often crystals for their therapeutic properties.

After a busy day this practice is such a great way to rest and rejuvenate as the feelings of heaviness and fatigue ebb away. A simple way to balance your body and bring inner peace as you prepare your body for a restful night’s sleep 💤 💙

How I get every last drop from my almost empty bottle. A synergistic blend of Bergamot and Patchouli is one of my all time favourites. Handy to have a bottle made up ready to massage into your body after a morning shower 🚿

It takes only a few minutes for this daily self care practice and it’s such a great way to give yourself some self love and nurture to start your day in a positive way.

Bergamot ~ “the oil of self-acceptance” 💛
Supporting when you need self love as it relieves feelings of low self esteem, self judgement and despair. It invites in optimism, hope and confidence as it energetically cleanses stagnant energies and our internal limiting beliefs.

Patchouli ~ “the oil of physicality” 💜
This always brings me back into my body with its grounding and stabilising properties. Patchouli is deeply earthy, calms tension and stills the mind whilst helping us to see how beautiful we are rather than judging our body and looking for imperfections.

Since my recent experience on a 2 week water fast retreat I feel such a positive shift in my physical body and so much more clarity emotionally.

Now the Christmas holidays and indulgence are over it’s a great time to focus on wellness again.

My aim for myself is to do a 24 to 36 hour water fast every week. Today I completed my first for 2026 and feel so good for getting the momentum started. Food tastes amazing, especially the seasonal raspberries ❤️

It’s that time of year again when chilled towels are a great way to cool down in this hot weather ~ perfect time to make yourself a batch of chilled peppermint towels 💙

Easy to make and you can even freeze them so they’re ready to use. Great for after exercise and ideal to pop in a cool box when you head out to the beach.

All you need are a few facecloths, a bowl of water and peppermint essential oil:

💧Add cold water to your bowl
💧5 drops of peppermint essential oil
💧Soak the cloths for 4 hours
💧Remove and squeeze excess water
💧Place in a container in fridge
💧Use as needed
💧Cooling on back of neck and shoulders

For tension support reduce the peppermint drops and add lavender. Lie down, put your feet up and place the cool compress on your forehead for headache relief, so very cool and calming 💙
