Some of you might already know that yesterday we said a fond farewell to Suzanne. Over the past 3 years, it has been an absolute pleasure working alongside such a warm and friendly energy. I wish Suzanne all the happiness in the world as she begins this exciting new chapter!

This year has brought many changes, but it has also been wonderful finding a new rhythm and balance. Moving forward, it will just be myself for the time being.

You can find me massaging from:

• My home clinic in Tapping: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

• LÖYLY - Urban Wellness : Tuesdays and Thursdays

Saturdays and evenings remain reserved for my regulars ❤️, so you won't find those appointments available online. I currently don’t have the capacity to open up additional appointments at those times for new clients.

If I were to give a new massage therapist advice it would be...

Strengthen your wrists and keep up with mobility.

Why It Matters
Massage is an extremely physical job. Day in and day out, your hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders bear the brunt of your body weight and repetitive deep pressure.

Without targeted conditioning, fatigue sets in fast—and career longevity takes a hit.

Essential Self-Care & Conditioning Tips

• Prioritize Wrist & Forearm Strength: Integrate eccentric wrist curls, farmer's carries, and grip strengtheners into your routine to build resilience against repetitive strain.
• Master Body Mechanics: Learn to use your body weight, legs, and core rather than muscling through strokes with just your hands and wrists.
• Don't Skip Mobility Work: Keep your thoracic spine, shoulders, and wrists mobile with daily stretching and foam rolling to counteract the forward-leaning posture of the massage table.

This is my 23rd year of massage and I do ALOT of hours a week for massage standards, I get told often how lucky I am to not have issues or pain - but its not luck. I consistently work on my mobility and my wrist strength, I stretch daily and I lool after my tools 🙌
