Here's what they had to say..
Over the past two days, we explored what it takes to create a stronger, more successful community pharmacy. From understanding consumer trends and the complete product journey to improving operational efficiency and maximising value beyond price, there was so much to take away.
We also dived into leadership, communication, brand strategy, patient-centred care, customer experience, KPI management, and innovative ways to build loyalty and strengthen our teams.
Most importantly, we were reminded that great leadership is about creating meaningful experiences for both our customers and our people.
It was an incredible opportunity to connect with pharmacy teams from across the state, share ideas, learn from one another, and leave feeling inspired with practical strategies to bring back to our own stores.
