SHe. Speaks Retreat: Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Valued.

When did you last feel truly for who you are, not just what you deliver?

When did you last say what you really think and trust that it was heard?

And when did you last let yourself be without having to prove it again?

If you hesitated on any of those, this day is for you.

Khyati and I brought this experience to life through SHe. Boutique Retreats, with Sattvik Wellbeing leading the wellness practices and Quantum Mind Lab guiding the Alchemy Workshop for a small circle of .

The day included , , , an , a , an , and a . We then gathered for the , followed by and a , before closing over dinner at The Duke of Dural.

Throughout the day, helped us reconnect with our bodies and step away from the busyness of everyday life.

A heartfelt thank you to every woman who joined us and helped make this experience so meaningful. ❀️

With love, Uma and Khyati

A book can be more than something we read. Sometimes, it can change the way we see our lives. πŸ“š

When I was struggling to find answers, books became a source of learning and hope. They were accessible, affordable, and opened my mind to possibilities I hadn’t seen before.

That experience inspired me to make the same hope and possibilities accessible to others, especially those who may not be able to afford expensive programmes.

That’s where my journey towards writing Unbecoming began. While The 7 Wonder Shifts, featuring my chapter on , was published first, both share the same purpose: to inspire and help people discover what’s possible.

I believe this matters in , too. A new idea can challenge old beliefs, shift our perspective, and change how we show up for ourselves and others.

My heartfelt thanks to Nautanki and Neel Banerjee for the invitation and for making this opportunity possible. ❀️

If you’re looking for a fresh perspective, I’d love for you to explore The 7 Wonder Shifts and discover what it might open up for you. DM me for details.

What Can We Discover When We Pause, Reflect, and Reconnect?

At the , a room full of inspiring women came together to reflect, reconnect, and explore what matters to them. My co-facilitator, Khyati Bhatia, guided participants through setting an intention for the day, followed by choosing an to offer guidance throughout their retreat experience. To close the retreat, I guided the women through a fire ritual centred on three powerful words: recollect, reflect, and release. ❀️

As women and leaders, we’re often so focused on what comes next that we forget to pause and ask ourselves: Are our actions aligned with our intentions? Taking time to reflect allows us to reconnect with what matters, recognise what we may need to let go of, and move forward with greater and .

The journey continues with She Speaks Retreat: Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Valued.

Have you ever been haunted by this question: Is this all there is to life?

That question was the catalyst that took me from an to .

The revelation happened on 31st December 2016, on a busy street in Chatswood, when I was transported from a deep void to a sacred vortex.

That moment changed everything.

Now, I’m sharing my story, β€œThe Unbecoming,” at Stories That Stir, themed BECOMING.

It’s , and , told across nine short chapters, taking you through the twists and turns of my journey:

Ch 1. The Existential Crisis
Ch 2. The Awakening
Ch 3. The Metamorphosis
Ch 4. The Blank Canvas
Ch 5. The Void
Ch 6. The Transcendence
Ch 7. The Enlightenment
Ch 8. The Healer
Ch 9. The Quantum Leap

Sometimes, we have to let go of who we thought we were to discover who we’re becoming. That journey can change the way we see ourselves, our lives and what’s possible.

A special thank you to Monica and for creating space for stories that invite us to reflect, connect and see life differently. ❀️

Maybe You’re Not Stuck. Maybe You’ve Outgrown Who You Were.

Sometimes, the reason we feel so , , or with our is because we’ve outgrown the version of ourselves we’re still trying to live as.

You’ve changed. Your perspective has changed. But you haven’t quite stepped into who you’re becoming yet. And that space in between can feel uncomfortable.

I shared this in my speech at Little Big Dreams Academy’s β€œDreamers to Doers” Creative Summit.

And most importantly, this matters at a level.

The way a leader thinks, communicates, handles pressure and responds to people shapes the around them.

When leaders evolve, it influences how teams communicate, collaborate, feel supported and perform.

That’s why , , and a matter.

Because leadership isn’t just about what we achieve. It’s about who we become and the impact we have on others.

A big thank you to Hannah Moy and the Dreamers to Doers team for creating such a wonderful space for these conversations. And a special thank you to Joel for capturing and curating this footage.

She Leads Within: A Sacred Women's Day Retreat - SOLD OUT 🌸

When Khyati and I started our SHe Boutique Retreat series, we asked ourselves one question:

What would happen if women gave themselves just one day?

One day without a to-do list.
One day without holding everything together for everyone else.
One day to simply come home to themselves.

Retreat after retreat, women have answered that question for us. They arrive carrying the weight of everyone else's needs, and they leave lighter, clearer and more connected to who they really are.

So today, we're deeply humbled to share that our latest , She Leads Within: A Sacred Women's Day Reset, is completely sold out.

This tells us something important. So many women are carrying more than they show. They lead teams, raise families, care for parents and keep showing up, often running on empty. And they are ready to stop putting themselves last.

The research backs this up. Rest is not a reward for finishing everything. It is what makes sustainable leadership possible.

This Saturday, 10/10, we gather at Swami's Yoga Retreat in Kenthurst for a day of , , healing, a sacred ceremony, a workshop on and , nourishment and time in . And yes, we chose the date with intention. 10/10 is a day of completion and new beginnings. It is also Day. A fitting moment for women to close old chapters and step into what's next.

To every woman who has said yes to herself, at this and every one before it: thank you. Your is the heart of this series.

Missed out this time? The She Boutique Retreat journey continues.

What a morning. ✨

Our very first Momentum Plus+ Masterclass just wrapped, tucked away in my little secret sacred spot in Bicentennial Park, overlooking the pond, water birds chirping around us, nature holding the whole circle. There was something so powerful about dropping into collective consciousness surrounded by all of that. The openness, the honesty, the willingness to go there together from day one... this is exactly what I dreamed this circle could be.

I'm sharing a video testimonial from one of our founding members below, go check it out and hear what today's experience was like in their own words. It says more than I ever could.

And if you've been on the fence, the door is still open for a few more women to join this founding cohort. If today is any indication of where this journey is headed, you will not want to miss it.

So proud of this circle already. More soon. πŸ’›
