Our program helps our EpiCafe crew develop hospitality skills, gain valuable experience through gaining a TAFE certification and work in meaningful employment.

We’re excited to announce that EpiCafe is now taking applications for our 2nd and final Barista Skills intake of 2026.⭐

If you or someone you know is looking for a supportive, confidence‑building pathway into hospitality, this is the perfect time to join our program.
Participants get hands‑on paid work experience in the café, support from our crew, and the opportunity to complete a TAFE‑accredited Barista Skills course. 💜

Spaces are limited for this final round, so reach out, pop into the café, or message us to learn more. ✨

This could be YOU next!!! Our latest rockstar 🎸 barista graduates 🎓 have finished their training and are off to bigger and better things. ☕️

Some will join our catering crew, others will keep studying and some may be at a workplace near you soon.

We are recruiting for our 2nd and final intake into our Barista Skills Program, commencing in July. It’s a job skills program, with paid work placement in our social enterprise cafe and a TAFE certification.

Places are limited, if you’re interested, get in touch ASAP.

Do you know about our Social Enterprise? Epicafe is right next door to EPIC. We run a coffee window, designed especially to empower people with disabilities to get into the workforce. 💜

This program is designed for people with disabilities who want to grow their skills, build confidence, and take a supported step into hospitality. Participants get hands on paid experience in the café, support from our crew, and the opportunity to complete an accredited Barista Skills course at Regional TAFE.
