Our Exercise Physiologist, Jess, has been putting into practice what she encourages others to do every day - the importance of staying active, setting goals, and enjoying movement. 🧡

Outside of the clinic, Jess has been working towards her own running goals, recently competing at the Victorian Cross Country Championships at Bundoora Park, where she placed 1st in the Open Women’s Short Course event (6 km).

Last weekend, Jess took on the 10km Albert Park Lake Road Race, finishing in 38:54 and showcasing the results of consistent training and dedication (check out her km splits)🔥

Congrats Jess! 🏃🏼‍♀️🥳
