Get your party started with these Caramilk Rainbow Crackles 🎉

~YOU'LL NEED~

12 x TOP 100s & 1000s Sprinkles Mini Rice Cakes
60g Caramilk chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
50g rice bubbles
40g extra Caramilk

~MAKE IT~

1. Melt Caramilk with coconut oil in the microwave for 30-second bursts.

2. Stir through rice bubbles until coated.

3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions into a mini muffin mould and press firmly.

4. Melt extra Caramilk and drizzle on top, then finish with a TOP Sprinkles Rice Cake.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

~ Biscoff White Choc Kefir Ice Cream ~
Recipe by
Serves 4

Blend:
250ml Table of Plenty Vanilla Protein Kefir
80g frozen banana (1 small)
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
2 tbsp Biscoff spread

→ Pour into 80ml silicone moulds and freeze 6+ hours.
→ Dip in melted white choc and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits.
→ Bite. Smile. Repeat.

🍒 DYK our creamy lactose-free kefir is FODMAP certified?

Made from slow fermented fresh Aussie milk, its full of good, friendly bacteria and live cultures.

The slighty lumpy texture is a sign that the good bacteria is still working. Simply give it a shake to make it creamy.

CHERRY BAKED OATS
(makes 2 serves)

~ Ingredients ~
1 x banana
1 cup of Red Tractor Australian Rolled Oats
1 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup of coconut
2 tabs of honey
1.5 cups Table of Plenty Probiotic Kefir
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

~How to Make~
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl mush one banana
Add in oats.
Add in cherries (pre-thaw)
Pour over honey (option to mix with 2 tabs boiled water)
Add in coconut
Pour over kefir
Mix well
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Split between 2 x mini ramekins
Bake for approx 20 mins (or until golden on top)
Serve with a drizzle of Kefir on top!
Enjoy.

Make this for mum 🌻 Chai Sticky Date Sauce.

Our ✨Probiotic Kefir is perfect for pouring over sticky date overnight oats and warming up Mum's day.

🛒 You can find it in the yoghurt section at your local Coles 🛒

Chai Kefir Caramel Sauce
Recipe by

Ingredients:
80g unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup Table of Plenty Golden Chai Kefir (added once caramel has cooled slightly)

Method:
1️⃣ In a saucepan, melt butter with sugar, water, and salt over medium heat. Simmer for 5 mins, stirring constantly until thickened slightly. The longer it’s cooked, the thicker the sauce will be.
2️⃣ Remove from heat, cool for 10 mins, then whisk in kefir until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour over sticky date slice or your fave desserts. The caramel will thicken slightly once refrigerated — enjoy!

Get your party poppin' 🌈🍏 These Choc Freckle Apple Pops by are just 4 ingredients!

All you need is 🎉

2 small apples, sliced into thick rounds
6–8 paddle pop sticks
200g milk chocolate, melted
1 tsp coconut oil
2–3 Table of Plenty Mini Sprinkles Rice Cakes, chopped

Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Extra sprinkles to finish

~Make It!
Insert sticks into apple slices and pat dry.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then dip or spoon over the apples.

Sprinkle with chopped Mini Sprinkles Rice Cakes while the chocolate is soft.

Drizzle with caramel, add extra sprinkles and chill for 10–15 minutes until set.

VIRAL PRETZEL FRECKLES
Recipe by
Makes 16 treats

~You will need~
1 x 200g bag Table of Plenty Mini Sprinkles Rice Cakes
16 milk or dark chocolate buttons
16 mini pretzels
¼ cup 100’s & 1000’s

~Make it~

Line your air fryer tray or basket with baking paper and sprinkle over the 100’s & 1000’s.

Place 16 Mini Sprinkles Rice Cakes face down. Add one chocolate button to each. Air fry on bake at 160°C for 1 minute, just until the chocolate softens.

Press a mini pretzel onto each melted chocolate button.

Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm.

Perfect for party trays, school snacks or “just because” afternoons.

~CHOCONUTTY PROBIOITC MUG CAKE~

You’ll Need

3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp Table of Plenty Probiotic Vanilla Protein Kefir
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)
Pinch of salt

Toppings
1 tbsp toasted coconut
Extra spoonful of Table of Plenty Probiotic Vanilla Protein Kefir

Make It
1️⃣ Mix almond flour, cacao, baking powder, egg, kefir, coconut oil, sweetener + salt in a mug until smooth.
2️⃣ Microwave for 90 seconds (or bake at 180°C for ~12 mins).
3️⃣ Top with toasted coconut and a creamy spoonful of Vanilla Protein Kefir.

Hello Meat-Free Monday ☺️

We love how this lentil lasagne swaps the meat sauce for a rich tomato lentil ragù.

Finish it off with a sprinkle of Table of Plenty Dukkah for the perfect nutty crunch.

You can find our gluten-free dukkah in the spice aisle at Coles and Woolies.

LENTIL & PUMPKIN LASAGNE with DUKKAH
Recipe by

~You’ll need~
1 cup dried lentils
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 tbsp tomato paste
400g crushed tomatoes
1 cup veg stock
1 tsp oregano

Lasagne sheets
Roasted pumpkin wedges
Fresh spinach leaves
Bechamel sauce
Grated cheese

2 tbsp Table of Plenty Dukkah

~Make it~

Cook lentils according to packet instructions.

Sauté onion, garlic, carrot and celery in olive oil until soft.
Add lentils, tomato paste, tomatoes, stock and oregano.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until thick.

Layer lentil sauce, pasta sheets, pumpkin, spinach and béchamel in a baking dish. Repeat layers.

Top with cheese and bake 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.

Finish with a generous sprinkle of Table of Plenty Dukkah for nutty crunch.

Our Golden Chai Probiotic Kefir is made with real chai spices and turmeric.

No-Bake Chai Kefir Custard


~You'll need~
100ml Table of Plenty Golden Chai Kefir
150g cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

~Make It~

Whisk or blend until smooth and pourable. Add more kefir if needed. Drizzle over pies before serving.
