A hernia is more than just a lump. It can cause discomfort, limit your daily activities and if left untreated, may lead to serious complications.

There has be signficant evolution in how we deal with hernias now compared to a decade ago with majority of hernias being repaired robotically. Each patient's hernia operation is unique and deserves a tailored approach where the ultimate goal is to return you back swifty to the activities you enjoy.

At our practice, we offer comprehensive assessment and minimally invasive treatment options for:
✔️ Inguinal (groin) hernias
✔️ Ventral (midline) hernias
✔️ Umbilical hernias
✔️ Incisional hernias
✔️ Recurrent hernias

If you have noticed a lump, discomfort or pain in your abdomen or groin, don't ignore it. Early assessment can make all the difference.

Hear from Dr Cheng about why PROTEIN is a vital part of successful weight loss treatment and your overall long term metabolic health.

We know how challenging it can be to get adequate levels of protein into the diet when compared to slider foods. The journey was never going to be easy.

Whether you're using GLP-1 therapy or have undergone bariatric surgery, adequate protein intake is still one of the most important nutritional priorities.

Why? Because rapid weight loss can lead to the loss of both fat and muscle. Preserving lean muscle mass is essential for maintaining strength, supporting your metabolism, improving recovery and achieving long-term weight maintenance.

We're super excited to be bringing specialist weight loss care and general surgery services like scopes, reflux, gallbladder and hernia management closer to home for the Sutherland Shire community.

For many of our dedicated team members, the Shire isn't just where we work—it's where we live, raise our families and call home. Opening a local clinic means we can better serve the community we know and love while making it easier for patients to access high-quality and personalised care without travelling across Sydney

We're proud to be part of the Shire and look forward to welcoming both new and existing patients to our new clinic! ❤️

Starting in July, we will be expanding our practice to Miranda, Sutherland Shire. --> Suite 13, 20-24 Gibbs St, Miranda.

South Sydney has always been home! We are excited about the prospect of being able to provide our patients with more convenience and consultation options within the area.

For Shire patients, this would mean fast access to consultations and surgery all within the Shire.
