Parinãma translates to ‘natural unfolding, evolution, progressive transformation, change’ in Sanskrit, the traditional language of Yoga. This meaning perfectly communicates the intention and purpose laced into my 1:1 sessions, and the ‘cocoon’ represents the soft, safe, womb-like holding in sacred space.

My teachings are rooted in Yogic philosophy and Usui Reiki healing ~ the foundational elements of The Parinãma Cocoon. I am forever remaining open and curious in my practice, and this has allowed for evolution over time. It’s so special to me to offer a healing experience that is anchored in safety, and uniquely weaves different elements to create a beautifully rounded journey, no matter where you find yourself on your path 💖

One of my favourite things to plan for retreats ~ the gifts 🥹
With gift giving as one of my valued love languages, this always brings me so much joy, collecting intentional little pieces that come together to create a beautiful, cohesive gift on retreat 💞 I love to write handwritten letters, choose crystals intuitively for the group or each individual (and paint little cards to match), hand-make essential oil rollers, and support local businesses as I go!

Connecting with women is at the core of everything I do. Samvida women’s retreats provide a nourishing, slow container for us to come together in sisterhood. Vulnerability unfolds practice by practice over the course of the weekend, with each session consciously inviting you to soften into the experience, and to help you feel safer in your own body to open up and be witnessed in your most unfiltered form. 1:1 Sessions Are Moving Location! 💗🪽
Change has been knocking on my door again recently ~ I’m so excited to share that as of November I’ll now be holding space for you from one of the beautiful treatment rooms at
Embodied Being📍16 Fairway Street Frankston

It’s situated on a quiet strip mall and the studio is so grounding and calm, it’s just perfect. I’ll be taking a week off at the beginning of November, and will start in the new space on Thursday 12th! I’m sticking to Thursdays and Fridays, plus one Saturday a month ~ I can’t wait to share some photos in a couple of weeks when I move some of my things in, but I’m feeling so incredibly positive about this next step on my journey!
