The ultimate nervous system reset 🫶

The ultimate combo 🙌

We LOVE manual lymphatic drainage for helping move fluid, reduce puffiness and support circulation, but we also want to understand why lymphatic congestion may be happening in the first place.

That’s where acupuncture + internal support comes in!

Lymphatic flow can be influenced by so many things, including:
• Hormonal fluctuations
• Sluggish elimination pathways
• Systemic inflammation
• Stress + nervous system dysregulation
• Poor circulation
• Digestive dysfunction
• Nutrient deficiencies

So instead of only working on the congestion manually, we combine lymphatic drainage with acupuncture to support circulation, nervous system regulation, digestion and the underlying patterns contributing to stagnation.

Manual drainage on the outside + supporting the body from the inside = our favourite combination.

One of our absolute favourite treatments!!

Bio-microneedling infuses millions of microscopic sea sponge spicules into the skin. These painless micro-needles possess a remarkable ability to stimulate the skin cells, triggering microcirculation on the skin’s surface. Through this process, active ingredients are effectively delivered deep within the skin.

What is it used for?
•Ageing skin
•Open & large pores
•Active Acne & scars
•Skin firmness
•Pigmentation
•Melasma
•Uneven skin tone
•Sun damage

Your gut and brain are constantly communicating through the gut-brain axis 🧠↔️🦠

When stress (or over-stimulation) keeps the body in fight-or-flight mode, it can reduce stomach acid and alter gut motility, affecting how food moves through the digestive tract and how waste is processed. This can contribute to bloating, nausea, constipation, loose stools and reduced absorption of vital nutrients like iron and zinc, which are crucial for countless everyday processes in the body.

Acupuncture stimulates sensory nerves that communicate with the spinal cord and brain. This helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, shifting the body away from a heightened stress response and supporting parasympathetic “rest and digest” activity.

Through these pathways, acupuncture can help:
👉 Support healthy digestive motility
👉 Reduce abdominal tension and gut sensitivity
👉 Support vagus nerve communication
👉 Regulate the body’s stress response
👉 Support neuroimmune and inflammatory balance

The aim is not to force digestive function, but to help the nervous system and digestive system communicate more effectively to co-regulate each other.

Because gut symptoms are NOT only about what you are eating. They can also reflect the state your nervous system is in.
