Today, a new chapter begun 🤍 we opened the doors at Hawthorn and I saw my very first Hypermobile patient on the East side of Melbourne.

Bringing Alpha Sports Medicine to the East side is a vision we’ve had for a while that has been brought to life in the most magical space in Hawthorn.

I’ll share more on this journey when the clinic takes its final form, for now I’m taking a moment to reflect on the journey to get here.

From humble beginnings in the room above the gym in Altona North, to four clinics later, I’m pretty proud.

Melbourne + HYBRID ❤️ Level 1 Clinical Foundations of Hypermobility & Level 2 Advanced Strength for Hypermobility

This was so much fun to do as a HYBRID event with people attending in person and online across Two massive days!

We had a bit of everything in the room Osteo’s, Physio’s, Exercise Physiologists, Personal Trainers and Pilates instructors from all across Melbourne, rural Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia!

Every time I teach I’m filled with hope, hope that with more practitioners out there aware of hEDS and HSD that people living with these conditions can receive the care they deserve.

This was an awesome weekend of teaching. Until next time!
