Just a reminder that Not a Gym will be closed on Monday 8th June for the long weekend.

While weโ€™re taking a day off, your health and fitness donโ€™t have to! ๐Ÿ’ช

Use the extra time to get outside for a walk, head to the park with the kids, go for a bike ride, stretch, or simply find a way to move your body that you enjoy. Every little bit counts and staying active doesnโ€™t always have to mean a gym session.

Sometimes self-care looks like:
