SlowLaners, we have a public holiday coming up and that means the schedule on Monday has been reduced. We know you love an extended practice - so please join us for a 75 min Vinyasa Flow and Meditation class ✨🙌🏼✨

The SlowLane Winter Challenge kicks off today - and it is not too late to join us!!! Our goal - to attend 4 classes each week, for the next 4 weeks ✨🙌🏼✨ Our purpose - to build consistency in our yoga practice over a period where motivation tends to drop off.

🧡 Sound Bath ~ Thursday 5 June
A deeply restorative evening with , combining voice, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create an immersive sound experience designed to help the body soften, the mind quieten and the nervous system unwind.

🌿 From Burnout to Balance ~ Sunday 7 June
Join for a naturopathic reset for the nervous system, exploring the connection between stress and our overall health, practical tools for nervous system regulation, and ways to better support your wellbeing through the demands of modern life, before closing with a nourishing yin yoga practice.

From Burnout to Balance is a 2.5-hour immersive workshop exploring the connection between stress, the nervous system and overall wellbeing through a blend of naturopathic education and deeply nourishing yin yoga.

〰️ Anyone struggling to fully switch off or deeply rest
〰️ Those navigating stress, overwhelm or ongoing fatigue

〰️ Anyone craving a slower, more grounded approach to wellbeing and nervous system support

Together, we’ll explore how factors such as sleep, nutrition, nervous system load and daily rhythms can influence our capacity to manage stress and feel resilient day to day - alongside practical tools to support greater balance and restoration.

The afternoon will conclude with a grounding yin yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and support deep rest. Attendees will also receive a thoughtfully curated take-home guide with naturopathic resources and practical tips to help integrate these practices beyond the workshop.

Nadine den Mulder is a familiar face within the SlowLane Yoga community, a much loved former teacher and Teacher Training guest facilitators, and a Clinical Naturopath with a special interest in chronic and longstanding health concerns, nervous system health and sustainable wellbeing.

Our first weekend with the new Teacher Training crew is officially done… and wow - they are pretty incredible ✨🧡✨

We came together on Friday evening for our opening circle - the very beginning of what will no doubt become a memorable and transformative few months together.

Our first evening together also marked the beginning of philosophy, deep conversations, and believe it or not… these legends have already started practicing teaching the group 🙌🏼

We are so blown away by what we’ve seen so far and cannot wait to share more of this journey with you as it unfolds.

A very special beginning for our sixth year of YTT in the SlowLane 🙌🏼🧡🌵
