💗 GET TO KNOW MEL! 💗

You know me as the face behind Set Me Free Spa, but here’s a little peek at the person behind the business! ✨

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, dreaming about our next adventure or wishing I was at the beach with the kids. 🌊📚✈️

I’m a pink-loving, Pepsi Max-drinking, summer girl through and through! 🩷☀️

And currently on my vision board? A brand-new salon refit, exploring Paris (pinch me! 🇫🇷) and finding a little more balance along the way.

Big dreams, busy days and a reminder that there’s more to life than work… even when you absolutely love what you do! 🥰

Now you’ve got to tell me… are we alike, or are we complete opposites? 👇💗

🌸 WHAT DOES YOUR SKIN NEED IN SPRING? 🌸

As the seasons change, it might be time to give your skincare routine a little refresh!

After the cooler months, your skin might be feeling a little dry, looking dull or simply not behaving the way you’d like. And with warmer days and more time outdoors on the way, it’s a great time to check in with what your skin really needs. 💗

Here are a few things to focus on this spring:

💧 Hydration — replenish moisture and keep your skin feeling comfortable.

☀️ Sun protection — make SPF 50 or 50+ part of your daily routine.

✨ Gentle exfoliation — help refresh the look and feel of dull, uneven skin.

🌿 Barrier care — keep your routine balanced and support your skin’s natural protective barrier.

🩷 A little professional TLC — sometimes your skin needs more than a new product. A personalised facial can help you work out what your skin needs right now.

Remember, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to skincare. What works for your bestie might not be what your skin needs!
Not sure where to start? We’d love to help you find the right treatment for your skin. 🌸

📍 Visit us at Set Me Free Spa to give your skin a little spring refresh.

Tell us in the comments — is your skin feeling dry, dull, oily or sensitive at the moment? 👇

✨ DID YOU KNOW? ✨

Your skincare between facials is just as important as the facial itself! 💕

Think of your facial as a reset for your skin — but what you do at home afterwards is what helps maintain those results.
Using the right products consistently can help support your skin barrier, keep your skin hydrated and balanced, and continue working towards your skin goals between appointments. 🧴✨

A facial every few weeks is amazing, but your skin needs a little love every single day!

Not sure what your skin actually needs? Come chat with us — we can help you put together a simple home routine that works alongside your professional treatments. 💗
