Keep A Lid On It

Keep A Lid On It I read patterns in flowers, faces, and hands. I created Keep A Lid On It because I lived through the kinda pain you don’t talk about at brunch. Rape. Abuse.

Symbolic insight into emotional patterns and life direction.

Why I Created Keep A Lid On It – Real Talk, No Filter
So here’s the truth bomb 💣 you didn’t ask for but probably need…

I didn’t wake up one day sipping herbal tea thinking:
“Oh wow, I should b

e a relationship therapist, trauma coach and Feng Shui fairy.”
Nah babe… I was broken, bruised, and DONE. Gaslighting. Narcissists in sheep’s clothing. And let’s not forget the cherry on top – being bashed emotionally and physically by people who called it "love." I did what we’re told to do:
Therapists, GPs, counsellors...
And while some were fab, others just handed me a box of tissues and a trauma label. But you know what I found? The only person who can truly hold me… is me. So I went all in. Studied. Healed. Screamed into a pillow. Burned some sage. Burned some bridges too. And built myself from the ground up, the way I needed.

🎯 What I Now Offer (aka: My Healing Toolkit That Doesn’t Come in a Pill Bottle)
🔮 Hypnosis – Unplug from old beliefs and get into the juicy subconscious stuff

🧘‍♀️ Kinesiology – Let the body talk, it’s got a hell of a lot to say

🖐️ Traditional massage – Real hands-on healing with wisdom, not fluff

🕯️ Medium readings – Connect to beyond, even if it’s just to hear “Dump him”

🛏️ Feng Shui – Yep, even your lounge room could be cock-blocking you

❤️‍🔥 Dating & Relationship Workshops – No fluff, no princess stories, just real talk on attracting better and letting go of crumbs

💡 Why I Do This
Because I spent years doing trauma like it was a full-time job…
Waiting for someone – anyone – to finally love me enough to make it all better. Turns out? I was that someone. And now, I’ve made it my mission to share what actually works. No one-size-fits-all BS. But a starting point. A real one. With salt, sass, and straight-up truth. If you’ve had enough of situationships, toxic entanglements and late-night crying on the bathroom floor,
I see you. Been there. Danced there. Probably did a full monologue there. And guess what? You don’t have to stay there.

🌸 THE LANGUAGE OF FLOWERS | WHY I CREATED THIS MAGNOLIA VIDEO
Have you ever looked closely at a flower and wondered whether there might be more to its story?
This is why I created my short video featuring the Magnolia flower and its stem.
For centuries, people have explored flowers through symbolism, folklore and the fascinating traditions sometimes known as The Language of Flowers.
A flower wasn't always simply chosen because it was beautiful.
Its colour, condition, direction, stem and even the way it was presented could inspire questions, stories and interpretations.
🌸 In this Magnolia video, I have explored some of the folklore, symbolism and traditional predictions associated with the flower and its stem.
Not as absolute facts.
Not as guarantees of the future.
But as part of an old and fascinating tradition that encourages us to slow down, look closer and ask questions.
Because sometimes the most interesting part isn't simply looking at the flower...
🌿 It's noticing what you may have previously overlooked.
What does the Magnolia mean to you?
And if someone gave you this flower...
Would you only look at the bloom—or would you look all the way down to the stem? 👀🌸
This is just one small page from my exploration into The Language of Flowers.
Keep watching.
There is always more to notice...

🌿 A QUESTION FOR YOUR FLOWERS...
When you look at a bouquet, where do your eyes go?
The petals?
The colour?
The bloom?
But what about the end of the stem?
🌸 What if the journey of that flower had something else to say?
The way a flower has been cut, carried, arranged, or reached the end of its stem can become part of the story we explore during a Floral Reading.
And if those flowers were given to you by someone else...
Could the arrangement invite you to reflect on how they may be feeling within the relationship?
👀 Next time you receive flowers, don't just look at the bloom.
Look closer.
Look at the stem.
Look at where the journey ended.
Because sometimes the part we overlook is the part that makes us ask the most interesting questions.
🌿 THE LANGUAGE OF FLOWERS A different way of noticing. A different way of reading the story.
💭 What do you notice first when someone gives you flowers—the bloom, the colour... or something deeper?

🌿 SOMETIMES, YOU DON'T NEED TO GO ANYWHERE.
You just need to stop.
A wildflower in your fingers.
The sound of the gum trees moving in the breeze.
A magpie somewhere in the distance.
The warmth of the afternoon sun on your skin.
And for a moment… nothing needs fixing.
This is one of the things I love about being out on Country.
Nature doesn't always give you an answer.
Sometimes it simply gives you a moment to notice.
The flower.
The breeze.
The sound.
Your own breath.
And perhaps there's more to that little wildflower than first meets the eye… 🌸
Keep a lid on it.
Some things are better discovered slowly.
🌿 What is something in nature that instantly makes you stop and notice?

READ BETWEEN THE LINES 👀

Have you ever looked closely at your ring finger?

Not the jewellery.
The lines.

In palmistry, your ring finger is traditionally known as the Apollo or Sun finger — connected with creativity, beauty, self-expression and recognition.

Now look at the three sections of the finger.

👆 THREE SECTIONS — THREE LAYERS

TOP SECTION — intuition & ideals
Horizontal lines here are traditionally read as bar lines — suggesting something may interrupt, restrict or complicate the natural expression of the qualities associated with this section.

Ask yourself:
Where am I second-guessing my own creative instincts?

MIDDLE SECTION — reasoning & application
This section is traditionally associated with the practical or reasoning side of Apollo — taking an idea and doing something with it.

Horizontal lines can be read as obstacles or limitations.

Ask yourself:
What idea do I keep thinking about but not actually put into action?

BASE SECTION — material expression
The base of the Apollo finger is traditionally connected with the more practical, tangible enjoyment of beauty, comfort and the material side of life.

Horizontal bar lines are traditionally interpreted as interruptions or limitations in that area.

Ask yourself:
Where am I letting circumstances stop me from enjoying what I've created?

AND WHAT IF YOU HAVE THREE HORIZONTAL LINES ON ALL THREE SECTIONS?

Now THAT is where I want you to stop and look again.

Rather than jumping to “I'm destined for fame” or “something terrible is going to happen”, palmistry is better used here as a reflection tool.

Three sections marked with horizontal lines can traditionally be read as repeated themes of restriction, interruption or blocked expression across the Apollo finger.

So instead of asking:

“What does my hand predict?”

Ask:

“What is my hand making me notice about the way I express myself?”

That's the difference between simply having your palm read…

…and learning to READ BETWEEN THE LINES.

Your hand isn't a sentence with one fixed answer.

It's a conversation.

Keep a Lid On It.
Some things are better discovered than explained. 😉

✋ WHICH HAND SHOULD I READ… LEFT OR RIGHT?
This is one of the questions I get asked most often when people begin looking at palmistry.
My answer?
I read BOTH hands.
Because your hands can tell different parts of your story.
In the approach I use when reading hands:
✨ For women:
Your right hand can reflect your outer world and may be connected with your mother's side.
Your left hand can reflect your inner world and may be connected with your father's side.
The left hand may also offer clues, within this style of palm reading, about patterns in how men have treated you—or how masculine energy and relationships may show up in your life.
✨ For men, I explore this from the reverse perspective.
But this is why I don't believe in simply looking at ONE hand and declaring that the whole story is there.
👀 The real question is... what happens when we compare the two?
Are the lines the same?
Have they changed?
Is your inner world telling a completely different story from the life you're showing everyone else?
✋🔮 Sometimes, the most interesting part of a palm reading isn't what is on one hand...
It's what appears when you READ BETWEEN THE LINES.
💬 QUESTION FOR YOU: If you could ask your hands ONE question, what would it be?

✨ Star of Bethlehem ✨
Like a tiny star shining among the grass, the Star of Bethlehem reminds us that even after life's storms, there is always light waiting to guide us forward.
🤍 White is the colour of purity, peace, clarity and fresh beginnings. It encourages us to release emotional clutter, quiet the mind and make room for hope.
This beautiful flower carries the gentle energy of comfort, helping us reconnect with our inner strength when life has felt overwhelming. Rather than forcing change, it reminds us that healing often happens one small step at a time.
Its energy encourages the aura to feel lighter, bringing balance, calm and a sense of spiritual connection. Sometimes the greatest transformation begins with simply allowing yourself to pause, breathe and trust the journey ahead.
What is this flower saying to you today? 🌿⭐

READ BETWEEN THE LINES ✋
Look beside your Life Line — down near the thumb.
Do you have another line running alongside it?
In palmistry, this is often called a Sister Line or Line of Mars.
But here’s where I read between the lines…
I call these Guardian Lines.
Two lines travelling together.
One carrying your journey.
The other quietly standing beside it.
Traditionally, this marking has been associated with extra resilience, support and protection.
My interpretation?
Perhaps it’s a reminder that you have never been as alone as you sometimes thought you were.
Some people describe that feeling as intuition.
Some call it guidance.
Some believe in guardian angels.
And some simply call it that strange inner knowing that seems to turn up at exactly the right moment.
Look at your palm.
Do you have one?
Two?
Or perhaps a little section that appears and disappears?
👀 Keep a lid on it… there’s more to this hand than meets the eye.
Want your palm read?
That’s where the real story begins.

🌸 What a Beautiful Day in Mansfield! 🌸
What an incredible day it was bringing Whoop Whoop Walkabout to Mansfield, Victoria.

We're grateful to every venue that welcomes us. Together we're supporting local business while giving people a meaningful experience they'll remember long after they leave.

Some of the best readings don't happen in front of a client... they happen in silence.
As a face reader, it's easy to spend your energy helping everyone else. That's why I intentionally slow down. I wander through places like Creswick Lake, breathe in the fresh country air, watch my dog explore, and reconnect with myself.
Nature has a way of clearing the mind. It reminds me to listen more deeply, notice the little things, and return with fresh eyes and an open heart. Looking after your own soul isn't selfish—it's what helps you show up fully for others.
Where do you go when you need to reconnect? 🌿
📍 Based in regional Victoria, proudly supporting people across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta, Euroa, Seymour, Echuca, Kyabram, Tatura, Mooroopna, Cobram, Yarrawonga, Numurkah, Violet Town, Nagambie and surrounding communities.
