And for denture wearers, that can be a bigger deal than you might think.

💧 Less saliva can mean a less comfortable mouth, irritated gums, and dentures that don’t feel as secure as they normally do.

Can you put your socks on standing up? 🧦

I’m starting a little “Stay Strong as We Age” challenge here at DenturePoint.

Over the next 3 weeks, I’ll share 3 simple everyday activities that can help us maintain strength, balance and independence as we get older.

Activity #1: Put your socks on while standing.

It sounds simple… but it challenges your balance, coordination and core stability — all things we want to keep working on as we age.

👉 Try it safely next time you get dressed. Can you put your sock on without holding onto anything?

Be honest… could you do it? 😄

I’ll reveal Activity #2 next week.
And I promise, it’s another one you can easily incorporate into your everyday life.
