Dynamic Body Works Hailing from Wollongong Matty is a remedial massage therapist with a history of sporting achievements and sporting injuries.

15 years as a professional remedial massage therapy practitioner, Matty Woods provides active recovery and sustainable management practices for treating chronic or accute soft tissue pain. It was as a junior athlete competing in representative sports and state carnivals that he became acutely aware of the role played by massage therapists everywhere, and this inspired him putting Matty on the traj

ectory of remedial therapies. Some time later Matty’s course had branched out towards yoga and studies of music and away from rugby and basketball. Retreating at Mangrove Mountain Yoga ashram provided further momentum towards one day working in traditional healing arts.
