We support people with disabilities to thrive. Interchange Gippsland is NDIS registered. We provide services for people with disabilities of all ages.

The types of support we provide include:

- one-to-one support (we match you with the right person to provide the support you need)
- activity programs (with a small group of people doing fun learning activities)
- support coordination services

We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We ai

We are looking for someone who has:

✨ experience with 1:1 shifts.

You would be a particularly great fit for the role if you've got broad availability on weekdays and/or weekends.

Gippsland Groovers💃🕺

Once a month on a Friday night, Interchange Gippsland has a group attend Gippsland Groovers🎶. Last Friday, the group went to the Warragul Downtowner for dinner🍝 and then danced🕺 the night away. Everyone had a great time and can’t wait for next month!🎤✨

ICG turns 40!!🎉🎂🎈

This year Interchange Gippsland will celebrate 40 years of supporting people across Gippsland. 🎉

We are working on a project to mark this milestone, building on our 30th birthday book, 'The sky is the limit' with a bit of a twist; we will make this a collaborative cookbook.📚

While we will include an update on the past 10 years, we would like to highlight memories, photos📸 and recipes👩‍🍳 that remind you of your time with Interchange Gippsland.

We are calling out📣 for any past or present participants, volunteers or employees who would like to contribute to this project, and we would love to hear from you.✨

Playground World🚀
