A few simple ideas:

💡 Keep frequently used items within easy reach
🧺 Use smaller, lighter washing baskets instead of one heavy load
👟 Keep walkways clear of cords, rugs and clutter
💊 Have a regular spot for important everyday items
🪑 Sit down for tasks like meal preparation or folding washing when needed
📱 Keep important phone numbers somewhere easy to find

Sharon recently spent time preparing these tasty treats for a client, helping ensure they had nutritious, home-cooked meals ready to enjoy.
