WHAT IS FINCH THERAPY?
Dealing with ongoing pain or injuries that keep coming back?

If you’ve tried different treatments but nothing seems to fully hold, it may not be the area of pain it could be the muscles that are no longer activating to support you.

Finch Therapy is an alignment-based modality that retrains the brain to switch muscles back on that have lost their memory.

When these muscles aren’t working, the body compensates often leading to poor posture, instability, and recurring pain or injury.

By restoring proper muscle activation, your body can begin to support itself again, creating more stability, better alignment, and longer-lasting results.

After a freak accident at training last week my friend finally got the all clear from the doctors and was able to bring her daughter for a CranioSacral session.

I love working with the body soon after an incident as it unwinds so much faster.

She left with such a beautiful cranial flow and I am excited she will not spend years with adaptations her body has to cope with.

It was an honour to spend the morning with this amazing group. We tapped through emotions of feeling out of your comfort zone, did a small meditation, chakra clearing with breath and bowls.

This group were open to sit and reflect on what happens to their body when they are pushed out of their comfort Zone and given tools to use on the moment and also ones to use on reflection.

They went into the day feeling calmer and more prepared for what the day may hold.

I look forward to seeing you all again. 🌺
