I think so many of us get used to running on an empty tank that the feeling becomes our normal.

Nothing your body is doing is random.

When the nervous system is overwhelmed or you’re moving toward burnout, it can affect every system in the body: gut, hormones, energy, sleep, mood and digestion.

When you carry the invisible load for too long, your body shifts into survival mode.
And survival mode is not sustainable.

It can show up as bloating that won’t settle, a lingering fatigue that is heavier than it should be, irritability that feels out of character, a gut that reacts to everything, changes in your cycle, or a mind that won’t switch off.

These symptoms are not separate issues.

Crunchy Rainbow Salad 🥗
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 capsicum
1 large beetroot
Tin of chickpeas
1/2 red onion
1/2 pomegranate
1 bunch parsley stalks and all

Dress with lemon juice, EVOO and S&P.

This salad keeps really well in the fridge and will stay crunchy for a few days
