How are we already halfway through 2026?! 🤯

The first six months have been filled with learning, laughter, growth, connection, and so many incredible moments with the children and families we support.

Our occupational therapist led school readiness groups are designed to help children build the essential foundations they need for a confident and successful start to school. Through fun, engaging activities, we focus on skills such as attention, following instruction, social interaction, fine motor development, independence and emotional regulation.

A little surprise can go a long way! 🎵 We gave our team their own entrance songs as they arrived at work, completely unsuspecting.

Moments like these help build connection, celebrate individuality, and keep team morale high. Just like in Occupational Therapy, meaningful participation, positive environments, and a sense of belonging can make all the difference. We know that meaningful engagement is just as important for teams as it is for the people we support every day.

When our buckets are full, we’re able to bring our best energy, creativity, and care to the therapy we provide our clients. 💙

If an activity is too easy, a child may loose interest. If it’s too hard, it can feel overwhelming and frustrating.
When a task is challenging enough it builds skills, confidence and resilience, while still feeling achievable with the right support.
That’s where learning, engagement and success grow 🌱
