💚 WE’RE HIRING – REGISTERED EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER 💚
📍 Nexus Pathways | Murray Bridge, SA
We’re looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team for one day per week (6 hours) in our early intervention therapy setting! 🌿
At Nexus Pathways, we support children with additional developmental needs, including autism, developmental delays and other developmental differences, through individualised, child-centred and neuro-affirming support.
✨ What does an Early Childhood Teacher do in our setting?
Our ECT works alongside children and their families to support development, learning and everyday skills through play-based, individualised strategies.
This includes:
🌱 Supporting communication, language and early learning development.
🌱 Building play skills, social interaction, emotional regulation and independence.
🌱 Supporting school readiness and developmental milestones.
🌱 Developing individualised learning strategies based on each child’s strengths, interests and needs.
🌱 Working closely with families to provide practical strategies they can implement at home and in everyday routines.
🌱 Helping parents understand their child’s development and feel confident supporting their progress.
🌱 Collaborating with our team and other professionals to support children’s individual goals.

✨ About the position
* One day per week – 6 hours
* Based in Murray Bridge
* Early intervention and developmental support setting
* Collaborative, family-centred and neuro-affirming approach
✨ Essential requirements
* Hold a recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
* Hold current teacher registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRBSA).
* Experience working with children with autism, developmental delays or additional needs is highly regarded.
* A passion for child development, early intervention and supporting families.
