Shari Ware

Shari Ware Walking with you to a healthier, organic life. 🌱 Empower and evolve daily with S.T.E.P.S. 🚀 There is so much more to it than that.

I am Shari Ware, a busy mum who spent many years putting everyone else ahead of myself because I believed that everyone else was more important than me and that I wasn’t deserving. It led me to a place where I was over 180 kg and in a world of pain physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst portraying the stereotypical picture of being “fat and happy” to the world. Back in 2010, after many years

of being morbidly obese, I finally found my “WHY Power” which enabled me to make changes, one at a time, to release 100kg. I learned so much on my journey and one of the biggest things I learned is that it’s not about “eating less and moving more”. I empower and support busy mums just like yourself, to implement small daily healthy changes in their lives by using neuroscience to hack their brains. I’ll help you to understand why you do what you do and how to use habit science to create healthy habits in your life that serve you and to stop unhealthy habits that aren’t, in a way that’s easy, sustainable and FUN! I’ll help you to learn to love yourself along the way so that you continue to do what you need to do for you, without feeling selfish or guilty….even if it sounds impossible to you right now….enabling you to give so much more from your overflowing cup.

I definitely owed Acacia Blends a speedy spotlight after what happened when I met them at the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market 😅

Sarah and Chris were lovely, their stall was beautiful, and then I somehow managed to spill my mocha all over their tablecloth 💚

Thankfully, they were incredibly kind about it 🌿

Acacia Blends creates Australian-grown functional mushroom powders and blends, including Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi and Turkey Tail 🛒

They’re now verified on Natural Food Finder, and if functional mushroom blends are your kind of thing, they’re worth saving 💚

I went on a Natural Food Finder mission to Strathalbyn this week 🛍️

Found a funny sign 🎸

Found a beautiful church ⛪

Said goodbye to Tilly 🐱

And somehow managed to catch an incredible sunset back in Younghusband 🌅

One of the places I visited was St Andrews Church. The church is currently raising funds to help preserve this beautiful piece of local history.

If you'd like to find out more, check out the comms 🙃

Pretty good week really 💛

The Simple Market in Adelaide is the kind of place that makes better grocery shopping feel more doable 💚

I visited in May, and I was really impressed by how much they have tucked into a compact local store 🌿

Fresh organic produce, pantry staples, chilled and frozen options, bulk wholefoods, natural groceries, eggs, honey, dairy and better everyday basics 🛒

It’s a good one to know about if you’re in the Adelaide area and want a practical real-food stop without needing to visit five different places 💚

Seasonal food has a way of making you pay attention 🌰

Adelaide Hills Fresh Chestnuts is expected to be at Adelaide Showground Farmers Market tomorrow for their last market for a while, so this is one to catch while chestnut season is still here 💚

I visited their stall in May on a Natural Food Finder expedition, tried a roasted chestnut for the first time (so yum!), and bought their Hazelnut Dukkah.

The dukkah is absolutely delicious on a fresh salad, especially when you want that extra crunch and flavour hit 🥗

Friday Funny time is here again 😅

This week’s Effortlessly Organic Living edition is all about one of those food label words that sounds comforting, but can be a bit sneaky. 🏷️

Natural. 🌿

It sounds simple. It sounds wholesome. It sounds like it should mean the food is a better choice. But on food labels, “natural” does not always tell the full story. 🛒

This edition breaks it down in a simple, practical way so you can look past the front of the packet and feel more confident about what you’re actually buying. ✅

Check out the comms for the full edition. 🙃

I found Dogan Farm last July, long before Natural Food Finder existed 💚

We were staying near Murray Bridge with family and trying to find spray-free or organic produce 🌿

After asking at a local health food store, Dogan Farm was recommended 🥦

That visit ended up being so memorable 💚

Fresh produce was picked right in front of us, we were shown around the farm, and we left with a beautiful, well-priced haul 🧺

Dogan Farm is now verified and listed on Natural Food Finder 🌿

You can find them at the Adelaide Hills Farmers Market on Saturdays.

🛍️ checking out the Stirling Market

Keoride is my new love, other than Tilly of course! 😅

One of my favourite parts of building Natural Food Finder is getting to visit places in person and see what they’re really like 💚

This week, I stopped by The Organic Market & Café in Stirling 🌿

There was plenty to browse in store, the staff were wonderful, and lunch and coffee were both so good ☕

It’s now verified and listed on Natural Food Finder. Details in the comms 🙃

It’s here! 🌿

The Toxic Swap Guide is officially available. 🎉

This is for you if you’ve been trying to make better choices, but every product label suddenly feels like a mini science exam. 😅

The guide walks you through 13 everyday products that may be adding unnecessary chemical exposure to your home, then shows you what to use instead. 🌿

You’ll learn: 💛

🌿 What ingredients to watch for
🌿 Which swaps to start with first
🌿 Better replacements that are easy to find
🌿 How to swap gradually without throwing everything away
🌿 Why most swaps are better value over time

The launch offer is $17, down from the regular $47. 🎉

Founding customers also get the DIY Chemical-Free Starter Kit Blueprint Plus and S.T.E.P.S Towards Organic Living eBook included. 💛

That’s $85+ value for $17. ✨

Adelaide Hills Farmers Market was the first farmers market I visited when I came to South Australia last year 💚

Natural Food Finder didn't exist yet. I was just trying to find good food in a new area. 🌱

Now NFF is live, and I’m heading back to AHFM for weekly supplies while I’m staying nearby. Fresh produce, stallholder chats and a few future spotlight possibilities. 🥕

It feels like a lovely full-circle moment. 🛒

Adelaide Hills Farmers Market is now verified on Natural Food Finder. Details in the comms 🙃
