When I reflect on the biggest decision I’ve ever made: leaving the security of my full-time job to start my own Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy business.
There were no guarantees. No roadmap. No certainty that it would work.
Just a dream, a deep belief in the work I wanted to do, and a willingness to back myself.
Was it scary…? Absolutely!!!!
But every incredible opportunity, every client transformation, every lesson, every connection, and every moment of growth I’ve experienced since has come from taking that leap into the unknown.
I’ve learned that courage isn’t about having no fear. It’s about moving forward despite it.
If you’re sitting on a dream, waiting until you feel “ready,” this is your reminder that confidence and clarity often comes after the leap, not before it.
