Ahhhh….. first one done!!

I am beyond amazed at the feedback I have received upon sharing my latest art offering.

And very quickly it evolved from a simple little idea into something much deeper.

I’ve created a Personalised Posies method combines my energy work, creative mind and deep love for Mother Nature.

I will share more on how it works soon.

But for now, the idea is that - each person in your poise counts.

Each bloom coming with its own magic.

The vase is your holding space, and the water - making sure everyone has what they need. A reminder to keep that cup full.

You are seen for you who are.

You are Celebrated for what you bring.

You are supported where you belong.

What you think?

03/09/2026

In all honesty, I don’t know how this will roll.
But in good faith, Im following the little breadcrumbs of joy that land on my path.

Comment and let me know if you’d like one FOR FREE!

And I will be in touch. With 3 of you.

* each piece will be subject to the creativity that flows through me on the day - your piece may not look like the one featured in this reel. 🄰

I wanted to make sure I give you a shout out through - we have a few spots left
- I think it’s 4 left.

The whole idea aroud this circle is to give us time to reconnect, retsore and release.

Considering ALL parts of us - mind, body and soul.

I run a reiki infused meditation follow buy guided journalling and time for sharing (for those that don’t want to speak, there is NO expectation. This is a safe sapce to get what you need out of this time)
Then Ellesse backs it up with a full body, yin style release that allows you to gently tender to feelings that are being carried around with us each and each day.

Our time together is aimed to be immersive, giving you time to go inwards and retreat so you can step back into the hustle feeling held in your heart, clear in your mind and grouded in your body - a beautiful little antidote for when you need to keep on keepin’ on.

A little refection on the importance of women having real, deep conversations.

Inspired by a conversation on The Imperfects with mark mathieson, the psychologist of - Gina Chick

Humans need humans and together, we stay grounded. šŸ™ŒšŸ™Œ

It’s nothing profound.

It’s not extravagant.

It’s simple, it’s quick and it’s easy.

I go outside.

Thats it.

I go outside for a moment, first thing in the morning.

I listen. (The Maggies are singing and I know it’s for me)

I look. (The sky is blue and my garden is waking up too)

I feel. (The crisp air on my cheeks and the gentleness of the moon still waiting in the sky)

And then I simply notice. I take a moment to connect.

To be present. To engage with the simplicity of the dawn.

To sit in the gift that Mother Nature gives us every morning.

And I remember that life is unfolding for me and all I need to do so take it’s leading hand and dance with what comes next.

If you find mornings tricky, I encourage you to try this tomorrow.

Have your warmsies ready the night before, and commit to yourself some outside time before anything else. (Except coffee if you love it as much as me ā˜•ļø)

Before phone, screens, showers, kids (if achievable- if not, do it with them)

I s**t you not, breathing in that fresh air of a morning is so good for the soul.

Let me know if you do it. Xox

That she hadn’t felt that safe, held and relaxed in years.

YEARS.

It is my absolute honour to be in this work and when women walk through my doors and tell me that they immediately feel their nervous system settle, it brings me such fulfilment.

As mums we are the heartbeat of the home and if we are out of rhythm or in a funk - it truely does affect the whole family.

We shouldn’t need to wait YEARS to feel this kind of care. It’s not natural, yet it’s real.

We live in a world that is far too fast for our nervous system and spirit to keep up. And as a result, our bodies and our heads do all the work.

Leaving us depleted, overwhelmed and full of tension.

It’s no wonder we are stressed.

Thats where support is paramount.

If you have a well oiled village, or a support network ready - sink into them. Ask for help, share the load - no matter how imperfect of glitchy it is. At the end of the day, people are people and we need each other.

If you are lonely, and have no support around you…. Make time for self paced support. Whether it’s reaching out for healing with a professional or carve out time for yourself.

Do the things that light you up. The things that make you feel like you. Let the land hold you. Be in nature, go for that swim. Let emotions move through you with motion.

Not only isn’t it helping you - but it’s paving the way ahead for your kids.

Because you mumma are not just worthy, you are vital to your ecosystem.

A Mother Heart Collection of abstract paintings inspired by the native Australian Kangaroo Paw — a flower both resilient and delicate, wild yet deeply familiar.

Through layered colour, movement, and organic form these works explore the many expressions of maternal love: nurturing, resilience, enduring, and quietly transformative.

Using the shadow of a plant from my own garden, I traced the outline of the blooms with charcoal- a real life connection to the shadow work that forms us as mothers. A reminder that even when we can’t see the end or predict the outcome; when we work on ourselves first, the rest figures itself out and flows organically.

By adding colour and texture to the motherly form of the flower, I hope to reflect the unique relationship between the mother and her children - imperfect, evolving, and profoundly personal.

I invite you to bring your own stories and emotions to these pieces — whether celebrating your own story, your mother, grieving one, becoming one, or simply honouring the people who have loved us in maternal ways.

May the unseen gestures, inherited strength, intuitive tenderness, sacrifice, and connection that shapes us across generations be felt in your home.

Each piece $111 and can be picked up today or tomorrow for Mother’s Day.

I very rarely get a massage.

It’s not one of those ā€œchefs don’t cook at homeā€ things.

- believe me, I know the importance of looking after myself. And when I need it, I get one!

I am very proud to say that I practice what I preach.

There’s two main reasons I don’t get regular massage though.

1. When I feel depleted- I reach for Reiki.

It helps to restore my energy and vitality in a way that allows me to feel grounded and renewed.

It helps to clear my mind and bring peace to my heart -

which ultimately helps to release the tension that’s being physically held in my body.

Three ticks from me.

Mindāœ”ļø Body āœ”ļø Soul āœ”ļø

I find Reiki (when I’m with a well aligned practitioner) gives me much more bang for my buck.

And 2. I’m ridiculously particular. When you’ve been Massaging for 20 years - you’re bound to have high expectations.

And because of the holistic nature of my work, I know the importance of a well rounded massage. It’s in the detail, the intention, the diligence, skill and genuine care.

This is the reason I do what I do. Because as a mum who rarely has time to do these things - when you finally do - you want it to be good!

The best massages are where all parts of you feel deeply considered and you feel as though you are the most important person in the room.

And even simply reflecting on this makes me excited to get back to work.

I’ve been away for a week in Perth with my sis in law and it was delightfully luscious. We indulged on good food, quiet time and clearly some TLC.

A reminder that while self care isn’t always bubble baths and massages - when it’s done well - it’s invaluable.

Whats the best bit of the massage for you? I’ll share mine in the comments. ā¤µļø
