It’s often the little things. 🤍

Their favourite song playing as everyone arrives. 🎶
Their beloved footy team represented somewhere in the room. 🏉
A photo of them doing what they loved. 📸
Flowers in their favourite colour. 🌸
Their obsession with gardening, fishing, cars, cooking… whatever it was!
Maybe even their favourite morning coffee making an appearance. ☕️

And sometimes, it’s the little sayings or stories that everyone knows so well.

These personal touches are what make a farewell feel genuine, meaningful and uniquely theirs.

Because a farewell doesn’t have to be formal or traditional.

It can be colourful.
It can be personal.
It can reflect their personality and the life they lived.

Your NOIM 💍

Getting married? Here’s your little Thursday reminder that the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) is one of the first important pieces of paperwork you’ll need to get sorted! 📝✨

The NOIM is the legal notice that tells the Commonwealth that you intend to get married and yep, there are a few rules around completing it correctly.

✨ A few tips from your celebrant:

✔️ Make sure all details are entered exactly as they appear on your identity documents.

✔️ Don’t guess! If you’re unsure about a section, ask your celebrant before filling it out.

✔️ Your celebrant needs to receive the NOIM at least one month before your wedding date, so don’t leave it until the last minute!

✔️ You’ll need to provide the required original evidence of identity and date/place of birth.

✔️ Do not sign the NOIM until you’re with your celebrant or another authorised person who can witness your signature.

And most importantly…

💗 Your celebrant is there to help you through the legal stuff!

The paperwork might not be the most exciting part of getting married, but getting it right means you can focus on the fun stuff, celebrating YOU two! 🥂💍

✨ WEDDING WEDNESDAY ✨

Okay, but can we talk about this cute little love story?! 🥹❤️

Krystle and Kris had their first date at the pub… and apparently Krystle was already swooning over Kris in his Daracon jeans. 😉😂
I mean… clearly, the jeans did their job! 👖🤣

Fast forward, and these two got married right on their own property and it was absolutely PERFECT. 🥂✨

The best part? A whole bunch of legends arrived thinking they were coming along to an engagement party… headed on down to the dam… and BAM! SURPRISE WEDDING! 💍😂

And what a day it was!

The property was set up with the most beautiful rustic vibe, with locally sourced furniture and all those little details that made the day feel completely them. 🌿🤎

Their two boys were the cutest little ring bearers, but little Keith… well, he had other plans. 😂

He made it VERY clear that he was, in fact, marrying Mummy. 💍🥹
Sorry Kris, but I think you had some serious competition! 😂

The whole day was fun, exciting and full of so much love, laughter and bloody good vibes. ❤️🥂

These are the weddings I LOVE, relaxed, genuine, full of personality and surrounded by a bunch of legends who are there to celebrate two people they love.

Kris + Krystle, I’m so bloody glad I got to be part of your surprise wedding. Your day was an absolute cracker, and I’ll always have a soft spot for the couple who proved that sometimes the best weddings are the ones nobody saw coming! 🥰💍

And Kris… those Daracon jeans really did seal the deal. 😉😂
