POTS is a condition we see alongside many other conditions such as hypermobility EDS, Long COVID, post concussion, surgery and sometimes resulting from hormonal changes such as pregnancy, menopause or immune conditions such as EBV or ME/CFS.

So it was great to have an in-service with Rushil (Physio) and Sasha (OT) for the whole team to learn more about treatment options and latest evidenced based practices.

Are you getting back into the swing of things after school holidays?
After a break, it can be hard to resume usual routines - like exercise!

We hope all the school kids, teens (and families who took a break) had a restful and fun time and now ready to get back into study, sport and life.

We find people get trhe best results when they're supported.

A big part of pain and injury recovery is learning to move, think and feel differently to how the body naturally pulls you to when there is pain or following injury.

This may look like fearing movement because it is or may be painful.
It may be that you have adapted the way you move to avoid pain - and now need to relearn how to move correctly.
It could be that you feel anxious.

These are all normal and expected.

We understand what you are going through and that is why we guide you every step of the way.

06/07/2026

Our best patients who have not only recovered fro injury but also gone on to achieve some incredible goals all say the same thing ... commitment to rehab is the key.

Celebrating the wins (big and small) along the way is also really important.

Check out our new athletic performance program - lots of great added value for sports enthusiasts from professional to ametuer or weekend warriors.

When it comes to hormonal health, ✨Neuro-divergent women have additional needs and complications.

This is because of the psycho-immune-neuro-endocrine factors but also due to "occupational disruption"!

🛼Occupational Disruption means all aspects of life are negatively impacted.

This could be disrupted..
- sleep and rest
- meal prep and shopping
- hunger and healthy eating
- functional cognition (an important skill to be able to do life admin, plan, organise and complete tasks)
..comment below 👇🏻 insert your own way that life is disrupted because of the hormone cycle.

It's huge and the knock on effect overtime carries additional burden such as mental health concerns, loss of friendships, work, self esteem and health.

If you've never worked with an occupational therapist like Atiya, who has lived experience and a special interest in helping women, it's totally worth doing it.

🤗You can find out more about how an Occupational Therapy can help by booking a discovery session with Atiya.

This June, we acknowledge the 4.9 millions Australians living with migraine headache.

Migraine Australia, is the country’s only patient-led migraine advocacy group, is inviting everyone to get involved this June—whether you live with migraine or want to show community support - help them challenge the myth that migraine is “just a headache.” through donating or raising awareness.

Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists are here to help.
We understand the challenges that migraine has on being able to move in life.

What do you call 4 physio's with 3 patients in one studio?

We'd call this exceptional care!

Each patient working on their own targeted needs with close supervision and guidance for a physiotherapist. The 4th physio is Jonathan (our Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiorherapist) providing extra guidance as part of the mentoring he provides to the physio team.

Thanks physio's!!
