Music, mindfulness and a little time to simply be in the moment and move our bodies.

We recently welcomed Our Elemento into our Life Skills program for a creative music workshop, and it was such a great experience for everyone involved.

Our Elemento is a local Orange creative project led by musician Javier Rocha, bringing together music, mindfulness and meditation in a way that encourages connection, creativity and wellbeing.

The workshop gave our participants the chance to explore music in a different way, try something new and enjoy the experience together.

We love bringing experiences like this into our Life Skills program and seeing where creativity, music and community can take us. Our Life Skills program is always changing and evolving, with new activities and opportunities to keep things fresh, interesting and meaningful for the people we support.

After years of experience facilitating groups of all ages and abilities, teaching, meditation, guiding and performing, I am very happy to be able to share this joy. Our very first Eisteddfod with this charming and talented bunch!🪘🎶 We had the crowd going with claps and big smiles! Our goal was to share JOY and bring smiles to people through rhythm, and we did it! You can see the excited faces when they found out that we also won the FIRST PLACE!
Very happy to share music and the joy that it brings, also thankful to Bletchington Public School for the amazing opportunities that they offer to our future generations 🙏🏽🌳

Lets keep sharing JOY and Rhythms🪘

This week I went to Trinity Preschool Orange Inc with 4 super talented students from Bletchington Public School to share music and mindfulness in a fun and meaningful way🌳🎶

What a joy to see kids expressing themselves freely and creatively 😄

Ready for more!
