This was my third cadaver workshop and they are always so informative and my knowledge of anatomy improves each and every time!

LED therapy works by using different wavelengths of light to support your skin in different ways.

• Red light: supports collagen and helps calm inflammation
• Blue light: often used for acne-prone skin
• Yellow light: helps with redness and can support overall skin tone
• Near-infrared (NIR): works deeper in the skin to support healing and reduce inflammation

It’s non-invasive, painless, and suitable for most skin types which makes it a great option for maintaining skin health or supporting other treatments over time.

Chontelle Cosmetic turns 7!!! 🎉

When you’re a sole operator there’s no fancy party, no birthday cake, just a whole lot of gratitude!

Chontelle Cosmetic has come SO incredibly far since 2019 and I couldn’t be more proud of where it’s at right now. But I couldn’t have done any of this without my loyal patients who talk about me to everyone they know, without my partner and family who have sacrificed for me, or without all of your continued support.

I am here because of ALL OF YOU and I am struggling to put into words just how much it means to me. I am beyond grateful, and can’t wait to continue treating you all for another 7 wonderful years!

2016 trend 💫

I’m pretty sure 2016 was only yesterday but ok… 😅

I was still working in the hospital, I’d just started working at a dermatology clinic (the start of doing what I love 😍), spent lots of time with friends and family. I was a blondie, had no lips and no children 🤣 I was 25 and remember thinking life was downhill from there, but I was so wrong! Life has many ups and downs but it’s certainly not down at 25 years old haha.

I’m pretty sure 2016 me would be proud 😊
