Finding stillness in the noise: It reminds you to step away from the constant voices of the world — family, opinions, criticism, social media, news, expectations — and listen for the quieter voice of wisdom within.

Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10)

We are reminded to step away from the noise so we can hear more clearly.

Connection between body and soul: Many spiritual traditions reflect on the chest as a place of prayer, breath, and presence. For Christians, this can bring to mind the words:
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10)

“May my heart remain open, but not unprotected. May I receive love, give love, and have the wisdom to recognise truth”.

🌿 Angel 23: Melahel – “One Who Encourages Healing” 🌿
We are reminded that healing is both a divine gift and a personal responsibility. Whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, true healing begins when we allow grace to flow into the places we’ve closed off.
Melahel calls forth the Healer within each of us—not just those in medicine or care, but all who bring calm, comfort, and restoration to the world.
Jesus healed not only bodies but hearts. Melahel reflects this same divine pattern, encouraging us to restore what has been broken—within ourselves and in others—one soul at a time.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

✨ Melahel encourages you when you feel guided to help another, do so in peace. Let your healing energy flow from love, not ego. Sometimes, your presence alone is enough. You are a channel for God’s healing grace. Breathe deeply, and let it flow through you.
🕊️ Walking the Path:
Follow the example of Saint Francis when you want to heal and shine God’s light. Spread His work peacefully and with deep compassion. Instead of trying to prove others wrong, meet people exactly where they are and gently guide them forward.

Sacred Teaching: Seek only the truth.

Melahel encourages us to recognise and avoid manipulation. Be mindful of people who appear friendly yet subtly provoke arguments, dismiss your experiences or family history, or try to push their own agenda. Sometimes they can seem like a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

When you feel overwhelmed, fearful, or as though the world is out of control, remember that no one can control your inner peace without your permission.

Choose habits that nourish your soul:
✨ Limit social media.
🥗 Eat well.
🙏 Pray and meditate.
💛 Practise gratitude.

When faced with unreasonable people or those seeking conflict, simply walk away. Respond with patience, compassion, and open-minded curiosity.

By healing yourself, you become a source of healing for others.

Guardian Angel
reminds us to seek truth with humility rather than reshape it to suit ourselves or the expectations of the day. Wisdom begins when we are willing to examine our own hearts before trying to influence others.

Honouring yourself is not about pride or seeking recognition. It is about living with integrity, embracing the person God created you to be, and allowing that inner truth to guide your words and actions.

As we grow in self-awareness and deepen our relationship with God, we become more authentic, compassionate, and respectful of others. Instead of imposing our ideas or twisting the truth to fit current norms, we choose honesty, discernment, and love.

May we seek truth, honour one another, and reflect God’s light in all we do.

It seems like wisdom used to be the special sauce in our public conversations - when courage wasn't about yelling the loudest, but about having the guts to do the right thing. Have we lost the recipe somewhere along the line? In my latest blog, I'm digging up old memories from the civil rights movement of the 60s and comparing them to today's cultural soup - it looks like we might have traded our wise words for divisive drama. Using the Christian concept of Sophia (Divine Wisdom) and the Jewish idea of Binah (Understanding), I make the case that true justice needs wisdom, humility, and love to stand a chance. This blog post is my humble attempt to ponder faith, culture, and the lost art of thinking before speaking. Zechariah 4:10
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin...”.

The weight of the world can feel incredibly heavy, especially when we look at the massive, complex systems we live inside of every day. It’s easy to feel a sense of contradiction—wanting to live ethically, yet knowing how difficult it is to completely step outside of supply chains that don’t always align with our hearts.
But true alignment doesn’t demand perfection overnight. 🌿
Guardian Angel reminds us that our spiritual journey is one of continual reclamation. We are called to bring our soul-self into our everyday tasks and “course-correct” when needed. It’s not about an immediate, costly overhaul of your entire life; it’s about the power of the “small ways.”
When we choose to pause, look closer, and make even one small shift—buying a little less, choosing a brand that values human dignity, or simply refusing to live on autopilot—we are reclaiming our true nature from the noise of the world.
