Recently my wife and I had a beautiful holiday in Europe & England. While in Venice, one of my patients back in Australia reached out with some injury concerns in the lead-up to a marathon looming on the horizon. I was more than happy to help, and with modern technology it was easy to perform a telehealth appointment. Without even being in the same country we diagnosed the injury and agreed on a plan to ensure this runner felt confident to still achieve their goal. Happy days!

Physiotherapy is so much more than 'just' massage. Recently had an inspiring Physio session with a patient at their local gym. This patient lives with a disability and was nervous about some of the equipment and exercises. I was so glad I could help her find ways to perform exercises with confidence, and tbh I am also learning a lot from her (as I do from many of my patients).
