Meet Jake! ✨

Jake has had a huge success story 💛 After four terms of In The Kitchen workshops, where he's been learning all sorts of new recipes, he decided to try something big: meat!

He gave butter chicken a go and said it was delicious! This is a huge moment considering Jake would never eat meat unless it was tucked into a pastry 🙌

This is such a wonderful example of a Lightbulb Moment and true growth!

Building new skills, growing in confidence, trying new things, and having a laugh along the way. That's what it is all about.

✨ Meet Cam ✨

He has always loved attending Let's Get Social North. Cam faced a tricky change when his family moved house south of the river, getting there wasn't as easy.

Cam made a brave call, suggesting to his mum that they try Let's Get Social South instead. This was a big step that shows real independence, confidence, embracing change, and thinking of what works for the family.

So proud of how far you've come, Cam! 🌟

Last Friday at Let’s Get Social, we explored cartoon drawing and the importance of giving everyone the space to express their individuality, while exploring a shared hobby with friends. 🎨

Just like art, there’s no one right way to be creative. We all have our own style, ideas and ways of expressing ourselves, and that’s what makes us unique. ✨
