I hope you are all enjoying this fabulous Winter's day :)
For the next few week's we're going to have a focus on mobility and flexibility in the body. We want to stay mobile and flexible as we age and live with a sense of ease in our bodies.

Hi all
Wednesday evening classes temporarily on hold, will advise when these are up and running again.
Monday nights only for a while from 6-7.15pm @ Gooseberry Hill Hall.
I will be running classes on the next two public holiday Monday evenings for those who would like to work off those easter eggs and long weekend indulgences :)
