Treatment Timings for The Perth Running Festival 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

We have had a few questions around when you should get a treatment and if you’re leaving to too late before the event!

Here is a brief guide on pre and post event treatments! 🩵

“No need to book in a treatment if you’re sore or have DOMS and therapists are unable to work with the soft tissue.” 👌🏽

Book in with Jess, Luke & Seb (Sports Chiro) now to ensure you’re PRF READY 🔥

RECORD ATTEMPT 🚨

This legend has set off this morning at 3am to attempt a record. The fastest woman to ride from Mundairing to Albany on the Munda Biddie Trail. 🚲

She is aiming for 3 days something, hopefully being in Albany by Sunday, smashing the record by >8 hours 🤯

Self supported ride means she can access anything the general public can access but cannot have food dropped to her etc

Follow along with Mikayla Smith as her friends follow her for the social media purposes (aka our benefit! 😍)

Best of Luck Mik! See you next week! 👊🏽

Note: Mic died and I didn’t realise. Incase you’re listening xoxo

Tomorrow is Dani’s last day at the HQ! 😫

We had the pleasure of having Dani on board for over a year now and it has been an amazing time! Between her enormous hikes, thousands of stair-master sessions, the odd cocktail here and there or her strong deep tissue treatments, we will miss her! ❤️‍🩹

I’m sure though, we will see her about at the HQ or at her next DJing gig 🎧😏🫶🏼

Be sure to catch Dani tomorrow or drop her some love below! ⬇️

At the HQ we do it all. 🩵
We don’t just make your body feel EXCEPTIONAL, we are usually cleaning the pool, or become a psychologist mid treatment and often obtain a GP cert when listening to what’s going on with our clients.
BUT WE LOVE IT. 🥰

Sonny fulfils his role as a guard dog nonetheless so basically we are a well rounded team and you should book in! 🫵🏾
